Starting at the age of 12, I have always been passionate about working out and training the physical body. My dad and I would workout at the local YMCA, and I got hooked to the daily workouts, my mind’s ability to focus at the gym and the results from the consistent training.

I went on to college and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2016 with my degree in English. After graduating I began teaching in Illinois and was known as the “swole” teacher. Something I always wanted to instill in my students was that it’s not just the physical body that I worked out, but also the mental - always sharing my love of reading with the students and the importance of working out the mind.

When you work out with me, we will work both the body and the mind together - something that sets my training regime and programs apart from other trainers.

Training the mind is just as important as training the body. My clients will receive monthly book suggestions focused on self-improvement that we will work through and discuss, for I believe books are like the training weights of the mind. They will also have access to some of the top meditation and yoga instructors in the Dallas area.
