1:1 personal training sessions will be 1-hour long and pricing will be determined by how many sessions booked per week.

1:1 training options are sold in the following increments:

one-week: 3 sessions @ $225

two-week: 6 sessions @ $425

one-month: 12 sessions @ $800

 

Small & Large Group Training

You + family / friends = group training sessions with coach Jalen.

Small Group: Maximum of 5 people total @ $100
Large Group: 6+ people @ $150
